Payment Data

In Short: Payment processing depends on platform and product.

We offer different payment methods depending on your device and the feature purchased:

iOS (Apple App Store)

All purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase information (such as product purchased and subscription status) so we can enable features.

Android (Google Play Billing)

Some Android purchases (such as attachment sending) are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Google may provide us with limited purchase status information.

Android (Stripe)

Some optional Android upgrades (such as the ad-free experience) may be processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When Stripe is used:

  • Stripe processes your payment information

  • We may receive limited information such as purchase confirmation, product purchased, and transaction status

  • Payment details are handled according to Stripe’s privacy practices

For Android users, certain optional upgrades may be processed by a third-party payment provider. When this occurs, payment processing is handled entirely by that provider and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
