        These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SameTeam’s services.

        By using SameTeam, you agree to these Terms.

        If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

        1. ABOUT SAMETEAM

        SameTeam (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools for organizing groups, events, and communication.

        Our Services include:

  • SameTeam mobile app (iOS and Android)
  • SameTeam Web (browser-based event planning platform)
  • Related websites and services
        2. ELIGIBILITY

        You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

        You are responsible for your account and activity.

        3. ACCOUNTS

        To use certain features, you may create an account.

        You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

        We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

        4. SAME TEAM WEB (SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE)

        SameTeam Web is a subscription-based service for event organizers.

        Plans
  • Plans include a limit on the number of events you can create per billing period
  • Limits reset each billing cycle
  • Unused events do not roll over
        Free event
  • You may create one event for free with full features
  • After that, a paid plan is required
        5. BILLING & PAYMENTS
        Web (Stripe)
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You authorize recurring charges
        Mobile app
  • iOS payments are processed by Apple
  • Android payments are processed by Google or Stripe

        We do not store full payment card details.

        6. CANCELLATION

        You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No refunds are provided for unused time

        After cancellation:

  • You may lose access to create new events
  • Existing events may become read-only
        7. EVENTS & RSVPS

        SameTeam allows users to create events and collect RSVPs.

        You understand that:

  • Event organizers control event settings
  • RSVP participants may provide name, email, and responses
  • Event links may be shared publicly via unique URLs

        SameTeam does not guarantee attendance or participation outcomes.

        8. USER CONTENT

        You may create or share content (“Content”), including:

  • Event details
  • Messages
  • Images or files (where supported)

        You agree that your Content:

  • Does not violate laws
  • Does not infringe rights
  • Is not abusive, harmful, or misleading

        We may remove content that violates these Terms.

        9. CONTENT LICENSE

        You retain ownership of your Content.

        You grant SameTeam a limited license to:

  • Host
  • Store
  • Display
  • Process

        …only for operating and improving the Services.

        We do not use private group content for advertising.

        10. ACCEPTABLE USE

        You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for illegal activity
  • Harass or harm others
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Abuse or overload the system

        Violation may result in suspension or termination.

        11. PRIVACY

        Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

        12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

        We rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Apple / Google (app stores)
  • Hosting and analytics providers

        We are not responsible for their services or policies.

        13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

        We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability
  • error-free operation

        We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

        14. TERMINATION

        We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Engage in harmful activity

        You may stop using the Services at any time.

        15. DISCLAIMERS

        The Services are provided “as is”.

        We make no guarantees regarding:

  • accuracy of content
  • event outcomes
  • user behavior
        16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

        To the extent allowed by law:

        SameTeam is not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages
  • loss of data
  • loss of business or opportunities
        17. GOVERNING LAW

        These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

        18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

        We may update these Terms.

        Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
